Target customers: Banks in the region, especially for banks in developing countries such as Malaysia and the Philippines.
Project duration: 6 months+ (1 month of defining problems, research and design + 1 month for prototype and pitch deck customisations for banks + 3+ months of MVP building with external development partners).
Working alongside sales teams, financial services solution architects, Tableau solution engineers.
The Eureka B2C finance app is a mobile banking app demonstrating how Salesforce technology improves customer experiences by:
Making the process of mobile loan/credit card applications faster and easier
Giving trust and assurance by having the post-application page that informs customers of their applications’ progress
Having access to the Self Help Bank(FAQs with related product/application process questions), and agents through the chat function by linking to the Salesforce Service Cloud.
Linking and pulling data from the mobile app into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, where relationship managers, sales agents, and service agents can review data
DESIGN & TECHNICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Hypothesis:
Users want to know what documents are needed prior to applications and how long the process will take
Users want to track their application process and gauge when about it will be approved
Technical solution:
The mobile app utilises several Salesforce solutions and data is pulled from and into the app from Tableau and Financial Services Cloud (Sales+Marketing).
The Mulesoft API system is used to integrate data from legacy systems.
The E-KYC flow will be supported by a partner vendor that is already integrated into the Financial Services Cloud as an app.
The Salesforce Service Cloud is used for post application services (tracking, in-app chat, knowledge articles)
